At Aqtiko, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we create. We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our products, and if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.


Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Returns and exchanges are applicable on all items purchased from Aqtiko, as long as they meet the above conditions.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at support@aqtiko.com within 5 days of delivery.

  2. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with step-by-step instructions.

  3. Simply pack your item securely and ship it back using the provided label.

⚠️ Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.


Exchanges

We want you to love what you wear. If you’d like to exchange an item:

  • Simply raise an exchange request directly on our website.

  • Once your return is accepted, we’ll process your exchange and ship out the replacement item at no additional cost.


Damages & Defective Items

We take quality seriously. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

  • Send us a video of the defective/damaged item on the same day of delivery to support@aqtiko.com.

  • Once verified, we’ll offer you either a replacement or a full refund.


Shipping Costs

  • Aqtiko covers all return shipping costs.

  • You only need to follow the return instructions provided by our team.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
