Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated.


Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.


Risk of Loss

  • Ownership and risk pass to you once the order is handed over to the carrier.

  • Aqtiko is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages after dispatch, but we will do our best to assist you in resolving shipping issues with the courier.


Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of order.

  • Aqtiko is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


International Shipping

  • At present, Aqtiko ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping.
